Bureau Veritas is hiring a Marketing Technology Manager to help drive revenue by managing and optimizing the company’s marketing technologies, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Google Analytics and GaggleAMP.

As the Marketing Technology Manger, you will leverage the company’s technologies to run email and social programs, manage lead scoring and lifecycle stage creation, develop landing pages, make website updates, and create and manage automated workflows. Working closely with the Director of Creative and Content, your role will also include analysis and optimization of outreach, workflows and the website. You will understand the inbound marketing methodology and make suggestions on how to drive more qualified traffic into the company’s pipeline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other job-related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations.

Responsible for the following:

  • Execute data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns that successfully engage key audiences across their customer journey and, ultimately, generate and accelerate sales opportunities.
  • Partner with Director of Creative and Content to execute the content and creative required for each campaign.
  • Actively measure and track engagement, lead volume, and conversion rates. Consistently analyze and report on results for the refinement of tactics and investments.
  • Identify opportunities to rank for key words organically, coordinate targeted campaigns with the Director of Creative and Content, and jointly measure progress using predetermined KPIs.
  • Execute one-off email-based campaigns.
  • Analyze website performance and suggest enhancements to drive performance.

  • A minimum of eight (5) years of experience using marketing technologies.
  • Metrics driven: Clearly defines, communicates, and monitors KPIs with an orientation for detail.

  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable defining strategies based on goals then translating these goals into actionable pipeline development plans. Execute and refine tactics with a focus on continuous improvement through testing and learning.
  • Technically savvy: Must have experience with marketing automation and CRM; ideally with HubSpot, Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Must be collaborative and have a high attention to detail.
  • Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients needs.
  • Demonstrates our company’s guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.
  • Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of our company’s quality standards.
  • Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • May be required to work overtime with prior authorization from supervisor.
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job does not have specific supervisory responsibilities.

  • Education and/or Experience:
    • BA/BS in marketing, computer science, management information systems or related technical field
    • 5 years of progressive work experience in demand generation.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Not Required.
  • Other Qualifications:

o Excellent communication skills -- you will interact with customers and cross-functional teammates regularly.

o Experience building online audiences.

o A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

o Proficiency in Pardot and Salesfore.com

o Skilled in HubSpot; Inbound certification desired

o Bonus skills: Drupal, Adobe Creative Suite.
